ADVOCATE

In order to improve health at its most basic level, it’s vital that we understand and engage the regulatory stakeholders who create the systems within which we all must function. Regulatory policies are designed to influence behavior, and our collective health is an outcome of good and bad policies. It is for this reason that Dr. Morris is deeply involved in advocacy efforts surrounding both politics and health policy, leveraging knowledge he gained while completing the TIPS Health Policy Fellowship and his experience across an array of state and national advocacy settings. Learn more about his advocacy efforts on federal and state levels here.
